We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you and send e-mail confirmation to you that we have dispatched the product to you.
6. Payment
We accept payment by credit card or PayPal. Payment must be received in full before any products will be dispatched.
7. Shipping
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver products as soon as possible and within any time period indicated on the website. However, we will not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver products within a specified time period.
8. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. We will refund the cost of the product, but will not refund any shipping costs.

Her love for the great outdoors is matched only by her passion for cooking, where she enjoys experimenting and creating innovative meals.
Right - Adrian is a tech-savvy individual who is always on the lookout for the latest advancements in technology. He is also an avid computer enthusiast, and enjoys tinkering with hardware and building custom systems. When he's not busy exploring the tech world, Adrian enjoys spending his free time playing video games and watching his favorite sports teams.
San Martian Produce LLC was founded on July 21st, 2021 with the mission to reduce food waste and improve supply chain sustainability. Our team recognized the growing problem of waste in the agricultural industry and wanted to do our part to address it.
